| Resolution 720p, 1080p: Nearly every Television today is a 1080p model, but in the smaller LCD screen sizes and entry-level plasma series you are able to still find 720p models. There is nothing wrong with 720p resolution. In fact, the difference between 720p and 1080p resolutions is nearly impossible to detect, even when watching content on very large screen sizes.
Anyhow, I did call Samsung last night only to be asked to call back this morning for Tier 2 help; no problem! So, I called and a CSR named Toni gave me terrible customer service, refused to transfer me to level 2 care, said escalation to a supervisor was not available and when I insisted to speak with a supervisor she finally budged and had me on hold for a good while before she hanged the call up on me this just happened this morning. O and did I mention that Toni called me horrible??
